Go-live checklist
Check business readiness, channel delivery, AI answers, and team access.
Prerequisites
Complete onboarding with an owner or authorized business administrator. Keep a separate customer account available for each channel you will launch.
Launch checks
- Confirm the business profile, contact details, working hours, and time zone under business settings.
- Check the active plan, usage allowances, and payment status. Confirm the required teammates can sign in.
- Open each channel's connection settings. Resolve expired authorization, pending registration, or sync errors.
- Send an inbound message and a manual reply on every channel. Check both inbox history and the customer's device.
- Test AI answers against your policies in English and Arabic. Include missing information, a complaint, and a booking or product question.
- Test a human takeover on a supported inbox. Confirm the human can reply without an AI-handled composer blocking the action.
- Check that required WhatsApp templates are approved. Test an approved template separately from free-form messaging.
- Test each active workflow with controlled data, inspect its execution, and confirm no duplicate customer notification was sent.
- Verify a calendar booking and its time zone if booking is enabled. Check the source calendar after creating or cancelling it.
- Assign someone to monitor inboxes, failed runs, connections, and usage during launch.
Expected result
Every customer-facing channel has a tested delivery path and a responsible teammate. Keep failing workflows inactive until corrected.
Troubleshooting
If a test fails, capture the time, channel, error text, and conversation or execution ID. Remove customer secrets from screenshots before contacting support.
