Monitor usage and control costs
Use the business usage and billing views to review allowances, add-ons, and activity.
Prerequisites
Use a role with usage/billing access. Prices, credits, allowances, billing intervals, and enabled add-ons are those returned for your account; do not rely on a static example price.
Review and control
- Open Business → Usage. Check the period, plan, usage meters, credit status, and feature availability displayed.
- Inspect plans and add-ons before purchasing. Review product, quantity, interval, and checkout total, including any hourly quantity where offered.
- Check invoices/payment status in the billing view. A successful redirect alone is not a substitute for confirming the purchase state has updated.
- Review active workflows for repeated events and duplicate sends. Keep tests on controlled data.
- Review email auto-send, enabled AI tools, and connected channels against your operational needs.
- If an allowance is exhausted or a feature is gated, read the actual message and choose the account's offered plan/add-on action or contact support.
Expected result
You know the current account limits and what is generating activity. Disabling one workflow does not cancel an existing subscription or guarantee a refund. Confirm billing changes in the billing interface and applicable terms.
