Connect Google Calendar
Authorize Google Calendar, test access, and select a default scheduling connection.
Prerequisites
Have permission to manage integrations and access to the Google Calendar account intended for customer bookings. Check the provider's calendar or event-type availability before authorizing AI Node.
Connect
- Open Integrations and find the Google Calendar scheduling card.
- Choose its connection action. Allow the popup and authorize the intended provider account with the access requested.
- Return to AI Node and inspect the account label and connection state. If authorization fails, read the error before restarting the flow.
- Use Test on the connection and inspect the success or error result.
- If more than one scheduling connection exists, select the intended default connection and verify the default indicator.
- Open AI Tools and complete booking capability setup. Connecting a calendar does not by itself verify an AI booking conversation.
Expected result
The account is listed, its connection test succeeds, and the intended default is shown. Follow enable booking to verify availability, confirmation, rescheduling, and cancellation.
Maintenance
If authorization expires or the wrong account is connected, correct the provider connection and retest. Review dependent booking behavior before disconnecting. Check Google Calendar authorization documentation; provider access is governed by the consent you actually grant.
