Integrations and connectors

Connect scheduling providers, external catalogs, and custom systems.

Choose the connection type

Open Integrations. Communication accounts have their own channel guides. Scheduling has dedicated Google Calendar and Calendly connection cards. Other external systems use the integration types offered for your business.

Set up an integration

  1. Identify the outcome: bookings, product updates, external events, or custom API access.
  2. For scheduling, follow Google Calendar or Calendly.
  3. For a custom system, create an integration using the available type and authentication method. Types and supported methods are supplied by the platform.
  4. Open the integration's detail page. Configure its API keys, Webhooks, and linked tools as needed.
  5. Run the offered test action and inspect its result. Use product sync only where appropriate for the integration.
  6. Verify an actual business operation, then monitor errors and deliveries.

Commerce, CRM, ERP, and other connectors

A Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, CRM, ERP, or other type label does not by itself establish a native one-click connector. Use only the setup actions and contract actually offered for that integration. A custom endpoint, source export, or implementation by your team may be required. Do not enter provider secrets into unrelated AI fields.

Activation and maintenance

Review the integration's active state before testing. Reconnect provider authorization when it expires. Before deactivation or deletion, inspect products, webhooks, API keys, and tools that depend on it.

Expected result

The intended system is connected with scoped access and a verified operation. Use troubleshooting when a connection test succeeds but the operation fails.
